Industrial Friction Screw Press is designed with spring loaded friction shoes for effective brake system. The Screw Press is closed frame construction consisting of base, head and column rigidly clamped by tie rods. The Screw Press helps in avoiding any sizing problem in the moulds, particularly in the case of taper and key shaped bricks and also minimizes the chances of mould damage and reduces the incidence of rag rectification as well. The Industrial Friction Screw Press comes with a mould table which is suspended on four pneumatic cylinders and also firmly and properly guided in the columns.
